If your goal is to lose weight then join me, a qualified nutritionist, for 10 weeks on a journey to be empowered with the tools and strategies that can help you achieve and maintain your ideal weight. 

I will teach you the dietary and lifestyle principles, based on science, that can help you to start losing weight without feeling hungry all the time or having to count calories.

Commitment to the program is paramount. You need to attend the classes every week, take part in the group walks and contribute to the online support group as much as you can. Treat it like any other appointment you would not miss!

This is not a weight loss challenge, but a program that empowers you with the knowledge to achieve and maintain your weight goal for the long-term. Commitment to the program is essential!
